Requirements
Two Android phones in one room
The wallet works on Android. Two Android phones passing a payment is the run nobody has done.

Month 1
Swaps on mainnet, the mesh across devices
An atomic swap over Bluetooth with real money. Android and iPhone in one mesh, several phones at once. Bitchat on Android. Every run recorded, every block height published.

Public beta
Google Play through the closed test, twelve testers for fourteen days, then open to anyone. TestFlight resubmitted with honest review notes, the result posted either way.

The radio seam
Bluetooth becomes one implementation of a transport trait. One LoRa payment attempted on two $35 radios over a community mesh, the result posted pass or fail.
